Three Programs,
One Approach
Each Equilearn program addresses a distinct financial learning need — built with the same care, the same respect for participants, and the same commitment to genuine understanding.
Back to HomeHow Equilearn Designs Learning
Every Equilearn program follows a consistent philosophy: begin with where participants actually are, build understanding through conversation and practical exercises, and leave space for questions that don't fit neatly into a curriculum. No two cohorts experience a session in exactly the same way.
Situational Learning
Content is connected to participants' actual financial circumstances — not abstract scenarios from a workbook.
Conversation-First Sessions
Sessions are structured as guided discussions, not lectures. Questions shape the direction of each meeting.
Practical Outputs
Every program ends with materials participants can use — planners, worksheets, and comparison guides built for their specific situation.
Financial Awareness for Retirees
Designed for individuals who have recently retired or are within their first few years of retirement, this program addresses the practical and emotional dimensions of managing life after a regular salary. Sessions are paced thoughtfully — there is no rush.
Topics include managing EPF withdrawals with awareness of tax implications, understanding monthly income needs relative to available resources, scenario-based healthcare cost planning, and navigating the adjustment of lifestyle expectations with both practicality and grace.
What's Included
- Four 90-minute sessions over two weeks
- Retirement cash flow planner (personalised worksheet)
- Healthcare cost estimator for different scenarios
- Lifestyle adjustment worksheet
